The postpartum planner is a 6 month, undated planner that is a very useful tool to stay on track of those postpartum and pediatric appointments, meals, emotional health, self care and more. It is loaded with tons of juicy goodness to help decrease the overwhelm that usually comes with the postpartum journey.
The postpartum journal is a 3 month, undated journal that is prompted to help reflect on emotional and physical needs.
The Luxury wax melts smells like a blissful night of uninterrupted sleep. The notes of lavender and lemongrass helps calm the mind and aid in relieving stress and anxiety.
You have a choice of adding an aromatherapy shower steamer or luxurious bath bomb to the box. Both are hand crafted and helps to relax and unwind. (*Bath bomb should NOT be used within the first 6 weeks postpartum and only used when cleared by medical provider to take baths.)
Our wax melts, bath bombs and shower steamers are made with 100% pure essential oils. No synthetic fragrances whatsoever!
